MEET THE TEAM
Dr. Gallo-Urrego has been practicing dentistry for over 20 years. Her passion for dentistry made her pursue and receive her dental degree twice. She first graduated as a dentist in her home country Colombia in 1993 from University of Antioquia, which is one of the most prestigious universities in South America. She moved to the United States in 2000 to support her husband in his engineering career. After passing several professional tests, Dr. Gallo-Urrego was accepted at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine, and in 2007, she received her second dental degree.
Dr. Gallo-Urrego is an avid student, and for the past 20 years, she has taken extensive advanced training in the all areas of dentistry with emphasis in cosmetic dentistry, full-mouth reconstructions and smile makeovers. Dr. Gallo-Urrego has helped hundreds of patients get healthier, more beautiful smiles.
As a way of giving back to the community and helping the needy, Dr. Gallo-Urrego volunteers her time and service at the Good News Clinic, provides free dental services for the men and women in alcohol and drug addiction recovery from No Longer Bound and New Beginnings, gives great discounts to teachers of Gainesville and Hall County school systems. Dr. Gallo-Urrego believes that serving one’s community is both a civic duty and a blessing.
Dr. Gallo-Urrego enjoys spending time with her husband Harvin, and her daughters, Camila and Valentina. She enjoys traveling and loves to dance.

OLIVIA CORBIN: HYGIENIST/OFFICE MANAGER
Olivia is a Registered Dental Hygienist and has been practicing under Dr. Gallo for two years now. She was promoted to the position of Office Manager last year because of her love and devotion to the Company’s Mission.
Olivia graduated from Athens Technical College with an Associates in Applied Science in 2014. She is dedicated to always furthering her education and is now back in school to obtain her degree in Business Administration. She loves to dedicate her time to the community and volunteers her time at Good News Clinic, a clinic that offers free dental services to the Gainesville community.
Olivia is also looking forward to taking a mission trip in the near future to volunteer her time and talents to countries less fortunate than our own.
In her free time Olivia enjoys spending time with her family, she also loves to travel and experience different cultures.
ANA: MARKETING DIRECTOR/FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR
Ana graduated from Kennesaw State University with a BBA in Marketing, and she is now enrolled at the University of Georgia to obtain her Master’s Degree. She is always happy to assist any of our patients at the front desk or over phone about their insurance or account questions. Ana is a true team player that really takes the GDC Smiles Mission to heart by constantly making sure we always put our best face forward.
Ana loves to travel and loves meeting new people of different cultures.
MAGGIE: DENTAL ASSISTANT
Maggie loves her position as our lead assistant, and brings with her experience on periodontal procedures and implants. She attended both North Georgia Technical College and Lanier Technical College, and recently received her expanded duties certificate from Gwinnett Technical College. Her favorite part about working at GDC Smiles is getting to serve the Hispanic community. Maggie is married to a loving husband of two years and they are happily expecting their first baby. She can’t wait to be a mom!
Priscila is currently a student at Lanier Technical College to become a Certified Medical Assistant and is very excited to be graduating this year so she can continue to grow in the medical field. As our receptionist, she is happy to answer any questions our patients may have and is ready to schedule their appointments to best fit their needs. She is a new member of the GDC Smiles team and is enjoying getting to know all of our patients and loves having the opportunity to interact with them to ensure everyone begins and ends their visit with a smile. In her free time, Priscila likes to be outdoors either walking her dog or spending time with her friends and family.
